MillionAire Heating, Air & Plumbing Last updated: October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information MillionAire Heating, Air & Plumbing ("MillionAire," "we," "us," or "our") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to millionairecooling.com (the "Site"), our phone and text communications, and the heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services we provide.

By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and service details — name, address, email, phone number, the equipment involved, and what you tell us about the problem when you request service, book an appointment, ask for an estimate, or use our chat.
  • Appointment and job records — service history, photos of equipment and work areas, technician notes, estimates, invoices, and warranty records.
  • Payment information — processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Membership enrollment — plan details and the payment method you authorize for recurring billing.
  • Product orders — items purchased, shipping address, and order history.
  • Coupon and promotion redemptions — the offer claimed and the contact details you provide to claim it.
  • Reviews, photos, and feedback you submit to us or on a review platform.
  • Employment applications, if you apply for a job with us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our providers may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, clicks, scroll depth, and approximate location derived from IP address. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 5.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from Google Business Profile and other review platforms, advertising and lead-generation partners, financing partners (approval status only — not your full application), manufacturers and warranty administrators, and, for commercial or rental jobs, from a property manager, landlord, or home warranty company that arranged the work.

2. Phone Calls and Call Recording

Calls to and from our phone numbers may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, training, dispatch accuracy, and record-keeping. We use call-tracking technology that records the number you called from, the number you dialed, the date, time and duration of the call, and — when the call originated from our Site — which page, ad, or search term brought you to us.

Texas is a one-party consent state for call recording. By calling us, or by asking us to call you, you consent to recording and monitoring. If you prefer not to be recorded, please tell us at the start of the call and we will discuss alternatives.

3. Text Messages (SMS)

If you opt in to text messaging, we collect your mobile number and the content of messages exchanged with us. We use it to confirm appointments, send arrival notifications and reminders, follow up on service, and — where you have consented — send promotions.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors and service providers who support our messaging and customer service operations, such as our messaging platform and scheduling software, and those parties may not use it for their own marketing. No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with data brokers or lead aggregators.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of calls or email, and we may still contact you about an active job, a warranty matter, or a billing issue.

SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from MillionAire Heating, Air & Plumbing by checking the text message consent box on our website, we will send messages about your service request, appointment reminders and service notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, share, or lease your personal information or mobile opt-in data with any third parties for marketing or any other purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us deliver our services (such as scheduling and messaging platforms), only as needed to provide those services and under obligations of confidentiality. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Full SMS terms are in our Terms and Conditions.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

The Site uses cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. These fall into a few groups:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Site to work, including security and your cookie preferences.
  • Analytics — how visitors find and use the Site, which pages lead to calls and form fills, and where people drop off. This may include Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Call and form attribution — connecting a phone call or form submission back to the page, ad, or search that produced it.
  • Advertising — tags from advertising platforms such as Google and Meta that let us show ads to people who visited the Site and measure whether those ads produced work.

You can manage cookies through the consent banner on the Site (where available) and through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

Global Privacy Control. We honor recognized universal opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of targeted advertising where the signal is detected.

6. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers and vendors who work on our behalf — scheduling and CRM software, website hosting, phone and call-tracking providers, text messaging platforms, email delivery, payment processors, analytics providers, accounting and bookkeeping, and the coupon platform used for our online offers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Subcontractors and technicians assigned to your job.
  • Manufacturers, distributors, and warranty administrators, to register equipment, order parts, and process warranty claims.
  • Financing partners, if you choose to apply — your application is submitted directly to the lender under their own privacy policy.
  • Permitting authorities and inspectors, where required for the work.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms, as described in Section 5.
  • Property managers, landlords, or home warranty companies that arranged or are paying for the work.
  • Professional advisors, insurers, and collection agencies, where necessary.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
  • Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

About "selling" and targeted advertising

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not sell or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing.

However, the advertising and analytics tags described in Section 5 share limited online identifiers (such as cookie IDs and device information) with advertising platforms. Under some state privacy laws, this activity may be treated as a "sale" of personal data or as "targeted advertising." You can opt out — see Section 7.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Texas residents

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas consumers the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal data and access it
  • Correct inaccuracies
  • Request deletion of personal data you provided or we obtained
  • Obtain a portable copy of data you provided
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling

To exercise a right, contact us using Section 12. We will verify your identity before acting and will respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where reasonably necessary. If we decline, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our response. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

Residents of other states

If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law that applies to us, we will honor the rights that law provides. Use the same contact details below.

Everyone

Regardless of where you live, you can:

  • Opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message.
  • Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
  • Ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list by telling us.
  • Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your records — subject to records we must keep for warranty, tax, permitting, or legal reasons.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep service records, invoices, warranty documentation, and permit records for as long as needed to support the warranty and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements — typically several years after the work is completed. Call recordings and marketing analytics data are kept for shorter periods set by the relevant provider. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including limiting access to staff who need it and using reputable providers for payments and data storage. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Sites

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including financing partners, manufacturers, our online filter store, coupon platforms, and review sites. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. Please review their policies before providing information.
